Contact us about your order
Email info@gulvia.com.tr or message us on WhatsApp. Include your name, details identifying the order, the product and your request. Photos can help with incorrect or damaged goods, but are not a prerequisite for statutory rights.
Ask for the return address and shipping instructions before sending goods. Isparta, Türkiye is a location, not a complete returns address. Send cancellation requests as early as possible; if an order has shipped, the applicable withdrawal and return process applies.
Right of withdrawal
Unless a statutory exception applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without a reason or penalty, including before delivery. Notify us in writing or through a durable medium. Return goods within 14 days of your notice.
Opened packaging and protective seals
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted where protective packaging, tape or seals have been opened after delivery and the goods are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This depends on the product; opening the outer delivery box alone does not remove the right to return.
A statutory exception may also apply to rapidly perishable goods or those with a short expiry. Care and food products are not automatically excluded as whole categories.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods
Opening packaging does not remove statutory rights for faulty or incorrect goods. Contact us about the problem. Refund, replacement, price reduction or repair rights remain available where their legal conditions apply.
Refunds and return shipping
Withdrawal refunds include delivery charges and are due within 14 days of handover to the designated return carrier; with another carrier, the period starts on receipt by the seller. For undelivered orders it starts with notice. Refunds use an appropriate original payment method without additional charges.
Return costs are not charged to you when using the pre-disclosed return carrier, or when none was designated. Ask us for shipping instructions by email or WhatsApp.
