Orders and communication
Names, contact details, messages, product choices and delivery information you share by email or WhatsApp are used to answer your questions and handle the order you request. This processing relates to steps you request towards a contract or its performance; invoices and other mandatory records are subject to applicable legal obligations.
The cart stores product IDs and quantities in your browser. The WhatsApp link prepares an order message; you choose whether to send it. The website does not collect card details or take online payment. Use email, telephone or WhatsApp to contact us.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you request a subscription, we record your email address, language, subscription status, registration and verification times, and verification-link records. Opening the emailed link confirms your subscription. These details manage your subscription, deliver verification emails and share the GULVIA updates you requested.
To stop receiving the newsletter, send an unsubscribe request to info@gulvia.com.tr. Subscribing is not a condition of shopping with us.
Browser storage and visit measurement
Cart choices are kept in local browser storage, which you can clear in your browser settings. Visit measurement records the page, language, time, referring website's domain, country when available and a random session identifier. The identifier uses session storage; the purpose is to understand use of the site.
The application's visit records do not store your IP address. Technical access and security logs maintained by the hosting provider may differ. Blocking browser storage may prevent your cart from persisting between visits.
Service providers and retention
The site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database services and Resend for email delivery. When you move to WhatsApp, that service's terms and privacy practices also apply. Recipient and address details needed for delivery are shared with PTT. Providers may process information outside Türkiye; we do not promise that all information remains in Türkiye.
Retention depends on the type of information, the order or subscription relationship and applicable legal obligations. This page does not promise an automatic deletion schedule. Contact us for details of retention and transfers affecting your information.
Your rights and requests
Under KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, purposes and recipients, seek correction, request deletion or destruction where the conditions apply, and exercise your other statutory rights.
Send requests to info@gulvia.com.tr. We may need information to verify your identity securely. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.
