Product information
Review each product's description, quantity, ingredients, instructions and warnings on its page. Screen colours and images may affect how a product appears. Rotating views illustrate the product. Follow its label and warnings when using it; product descriptions are not medical advice.
Orders and prices
Adding an item to your cart does not place an order or take payment. Orders are discussed through WhatsApp. Products, quantities, current availability, the total in Turkish lira, payment method and dispatch timing are clarified before confirmation. Additional charges such as shipping are disclosed in advance. The website does not take online card payments.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Türkiye via PTT.
Shipping is free for orders of ₺1,750 or more. For orders below ₺1,750, the shipping fee is quoted and agreed before the order is confirmed.
Dispatch timing is confirmed with you for each order before the order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after handover to PTT. Timing depends on the destination city and local PTT service availability; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Cancellation and returns
Read the Returns and cancellation page and contact us by email or WhatsApp for cancellation, withdrawal or return requests. Exceptions for opened products are considered separately from rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, send malicious software or use someone else's information without permission. The GULVIA name, brand artwork and site content may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful right to use them.
Third-party links are subject to those services' own terms. Site content and these terms may change; updates do not retrospectively reduce your rights under confirmed orders.
